Onyx are back and this time have moved away from the SUV market to concentrate on one of britains top luxury vehicles the Bentley continetal GT. The conversion consists of a revised front bumper with carbon fibre inserts, DRL's and a carbon fibre lower splitter. The sides have been widened with some clean cut arches and sideskirts. Lastly but certainly not least is the rear with a revised rear bumper and smashing looking rear carbon fibre difusser.
The boot lid has also been complimented with a carbon fibre touch in the form of a deck spoiler. Adding to the exterior conversion ONYX also have the additional extras that they offer to all there vehicles, this being bespoke bufallo hide leather interior and carbon fibre interior panelling. As always the Irish tuners have there own suspension lowering system, the engine power upgrade which they havent given an exact figure yet but have said that for the normal GT being 550BHP this will be over the 640BHP mark. Lastly they have given the car a set of there own 22" TPM matt black wheels which gives the vehicle a great stance. Onyx have said that they have another 2 wheel designs that they will be launching shortly and this bentley conversion will be on the market from may this year. As dutiful American consumers, we've been taught to believe that choice is good. To that end, the splintering of the automotive market into different niches (four-door coupes, small panel vans, high-riding hatchbacks, etc.) is a positive development for buyers. But while the range of total models from automakers has been increasing, individual variation within a given model range has seemingly been reigned in, from a drastic reduction in build combinations of light-duty pickups to the availability of engines and ala carte options in everyday vehicles. Standing in direct contrast to this trend, however, is the 2011 Ford Edge crossover.
Whereas the first-generation Edge has lived since 2006 with a 3.5-liter V6 as its sole drivetrain, the 2011 model will offer no fewer than three powertrain choices. For 2011, the 3.5-liter engine will live on as the Edge line's bread-and-butter, but it is being joined by Ford's first production application of a new EcoBoost 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo, as well as the larger 3.7-liter V6 for the popular Edge Sport. In the case of the 3.5-liter, it produces 285 horsepower and 253 pound-feet of torque, while the Sport's larger 3.7 Ti-VCT V6 delivers 305 ponies and 280 torques on 87 octane. Ford is not yet releasing power and economy numbers on the EcoBoost engine, but it promises "class-leading" fuel efficiency, noting that the new powertrain should eclipse the original 2006 Edge by some 30 percent.

Carlsson who are approved as an automobile manufacturer by the Federal German Motor Transport Authority, for the first time presents an own developed automobile at this year’s Geneva Motor Show – the Carlsson C25. The concept of this Super-GT is based on the vision of combining maximum driving performance with an entirely new design and high exclusiveness.
The result is a breathtaking and beautiful sports coupe with 753 hp in a limited edition of only 25 cars world-wide. Thereby, each automobile will be as individual as its future owner. “We exclusively make the cars to order and the delivery quantity for 2010 is already sold out”, says CEO, Dipl. Ing. (FH) Markus Schuster.
If you’ve been following Hennessey Performance’s exploits with the LS9-powered HPE700 Camaro, then you’ve seen the 725 HP monster in the same Cyber Gray Metallic with blue stripes as our original concept renderings.
While Cyber Gray is an amazing color, it lacks a certain “pop” that really turns heads from afar.
And there’s no color for the 2010 Camaro more recognizable to the public at large than Rally Yellow (thanks to the tremendous success of Transformers and Bumblebee loving kids everywhere). Even as the Camaros become more commonplace, onlookers still get wound up at the sight of a yellow 5th gen rolling by (especially if it has a pair of black stripes).
Hennessey Performance’s first well-known Rally Yellow 2010 Camaro was the same HPE650 featured in both Hot Rod and Motor Trend magazines.
And now there’s another notable HPE Camaro cloaked in this eye-popping shade… with even more “sting” this time around.

Boasting an imposing blacked out grille, the S-class features widened front and rear fenders, tinted windows, and massive 10.5 x 18 (front) and 12.5 x 18 (rear) Inden "Champion" aluminum wheels equipped with Pirelli "P Zero" high performance tires.
Inside, the S-Class features black Nappa leather upholstery, König sport seats, gray bird's eye maple wood trim, and a set of matching black leather luggage.
Power comes from a 386 hp 6.0-liter engine, outfitted with 100mm pistons from a 560 SE, which exhales through a stainless-steel sport exhaust system with 60mm tailpipes. Other performance upgrades include a completely revised suspension with shortened dampers and progressive-rate lowering springs, and a 6-piston braking system with 352 x 32mm discs from the original 1991 C-Class DTM.

Earlier this month, Toyota trotted out three models wearing a new line of performance parts at the Tokyo Auto Salon under the "Toyota G Sports" moniker. While a bodykitted Prius isn't exactly our cup of Earl Grey and the tuned Mark X is about as interesting as a fire-breathing Camry, the (supposedly) turbocharged Toyota FT-86, fitted with a complete aero kit, suspension and brake mods kicked our salivary glands into overdrive.
Unlike the forthcoming Volkswagen R line, BMW's M division or Mercedes-Benz' AMG unit, the Gs line would be a joint collaboration between Modelista – which has been developing and supplying exterior components to the automaker – and TRD, which will handle engine, suspension and brake development with the help of Gazoo, the firm that helped to create the hybrid Mk. III MR2 for TAS.
G's will focus more on high-end components developed for the street and will likely sold as either a complete model (think Toyota FT-86 Gs) or available as separate components, similar to the Lexus F Sport line.
Whether these components or full models will make it Stateside remains to be seen, but when the FT-86 makes it to U.S. shores, we'd suspect Toyota – or more likely Scion – will offer similar equipment.
